Our PROduction Soap Molds are designed to work with our PROduction Log & Bar Cutters to produce 'standard' 3" x 2 1/4" (cross-section) soap bars of remarkable uniformity. Once a bar thickness is chosen and set, every finished soap bar will weigh exactly the same at cutting.
PROduction Molds are available to make one, two or three 3" x 2 1/4" x 15" soap logs plus one to make either three or four soap logs of the same size and another to make 2" x 1 1/2" logs to produce hospitality bars. |

Our PROduction Combination Log & Bar Cutter is designed to work with our SBM molds to neatly cut and trim soap blocks to 3" x 2 1/4" and provides a removeable, adjustable bar cutter to produce uniform bars from 1/2" to 1 1/2" thick. Once a bar thickness is chosen and set, every finished soap bar will weigh exactly the same at cutting.
Bar thickness is easily set with a thumb screw. Extra base length supports soap block throughout cutting processes. Use with the included Bar Cutting Flat Blade or our sturdy, lightweight Cut Wire Saw for easy bar cutting. Smooth, all natural hard maple surfaces - No artificial finishes. |

| "The Thing" is our unique professional bar cutter and edge beveler combination, designed to allow fast cutting and edge-trimming of large numbers of soap bars. The adjustable cutting function is similar to our PROduction Bar Cutter, but also incorporates a quick-pass edge beveler for precisely trimmed bar edges. Each cut bar drops onto a towel or bowl placed below to allow faster cutting of each successive bar. Professionally cut and edge-bevel dozens of bars quickly and easily with "The Thing".
