I'm very new to the soap making and for basic soap making mention 3 oils . In Myanmar , Olive oil is very expensive and I want to substitute with other oil . Which I oil shoul I be used. We have peanut oil , tallow , tard , castor .
Another question , where can I find all the hardness of oil chart.

I'm not sure if it's allowed to add the names of other soap calculators on this forum, since Summer Bee Meadows does have a soap calculator. You can google 'soap calculator' and you'll find a few free calculators that will tell you whether your soap is hard or not. If you look to the left of this forum, you'll see a tab that says "Properties of Oils"....the information found there will give you some ideas of different oils and the benefits from them.... you can always switch up oils.
