Hi :)

My name is Ev and I've been maikng soap for about a year and a half. Got so tired of all the chemicals. Brought a few things into work for others to try to get opinions and it 's been a learning and researching obession since :)  Questions are Good! Answers are Better :) I'm usually on the NDA forum but they're down for now so I am seriously Jonesing :) lol! I've done a lot of different soaps but the lighting here sucks so my pics aren't the best. Need to maybe take my soaps outside and set someting up. It's a thought. Making soap is my new stress reliever. It works! Maybe it's all the pretty scents and essential oils. I'm learning how to blend to make my own scents. Lots of work but very rewarding :)  Nice to be here!

Ev

Hi Ronnie!

Welcome to our brand new SBM Soapmakers Forum!

It's always good to hear from a new soapmaker. It brings back my own memories of getting started in this fascinating & addictive hobby.

As this is a brand new forum it takes new participants to get it going, so your participation is all the more welcome.

Feel free to ask any questions you might have as you go along.

You can upload your personal picture or avatar image to use with your postings by updating your SBM site membership details and can upload any images you want to include in this forum by posting a new topic in our "Show Your Stuff" section. You'll see the image upload fields there when you start a new topic.

Have fun!
